To everyone who moved with us, shared stories, and helped bring Tram’s memory to life — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We gathered not just to race, but to remember. We ran, we paddled, we stretched under the morning sky. We laughed, we hugged, we honored a man who meant so much to so many. And together, we lit a spark for something much bigger — a future of hope through the Tram Evans North Star Foundation.
Seeing this community show up in such a powerful way — friends, family, neighbors, and strangers united by love and purpose — meant everything to us. Your presence, your energy, your support reminded us that we are not alone in this mission.
A special thanks to @flomotion and @sunrisesurfshop for helping us celebrate with some incredible giveaways, and to Charlie for sharing a vision that’s just getting started.
This is only the beginning. Tram’s light lives on in each step, each paddle, and each action we take to support those facing Alcohol Use Disorder and Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome.

Education and Resources
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive educational video library to aid individuals and families in understanding and coping with the effects of Alcohol Use Disorder and Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome. TENS believes in empowering through knowledge and support.
Supportive Community
Currently in development, TENS is designing a SUPPORTbot. Creating a portal for not only community support but a direct connection to licensed individuals available to assist in guiding individuals (and their families) in their goal to live an alcohol free life.
STAGE TWO
Launching for Success
We advocate for better understanding and support for those affected by Alcohol Use Disorder and Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome. In addition, we will continue to raise awareness to reduce stigma and encourage empathy and action. TENS Foundation will create a fund to help LAUNCH individuals who have been working towards an alcohol-free lifestyle.

At TENS Foundation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of those affected by Alcohol Use Disorder or Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome. Our programs and initiatives are designed to provide education, support, and guidance. We believe in the power of community. Throughout the year we will host events around the country to create not only awareness, but to grow our community.
